Without vision there isn't a mission or at least not one that you or anyone else will take seriously. The vision must inspire people to act in the workplace just as your personal vision should inspire you to achieve your goals. The faith you have in your vision creates anticipation that causes you to support yourself in having what it is you say you desire in your career.
