In this episode, I interview my dear friend Sara Workman. Sara is a professor and CPA in Cedar City, UT. She has two sons, aged 7 and 2, and they have always been at the forefront of her career vision - even before they existed. 

We discuss how Sara developed that early vision for her work-life balance, and how she's continued to keep her career roles as simple as possible by relentlessly saying no to things and people that didn’t fit with her vision. You'll also be reminded that sometimes it's best not to add but to subtract.
