Si welcomes back Evolution Wrestling's Shann Korrant to the show, and the pair take a look back on TNA Lockdown 2009, a PPV where every match was inside "6 sides of steel"

Si and Mags discuss the Queen's honors list, Lemmy catching a "snake", and everyone's favourite and most hated sit-coms. There's a PimpleDick alert, Si hates Mrs Bucket, and Mags is a very busy boy.... oh, and a little wrestling talk to!

2 title fights, Nate Diaz and a brutal arm bar. UFC263 is a smorgasbord of MMA. Listen as Mags and Carlos break down the action.
