Exercise in sports are something that is not often talked about in the blind community. We all know how difficult it was for us during physical education and how little to no accommodations were made for us here in the states. The lack of accommodations often leaves blind students with a bad taste in their mouth in regards to exercising. What about things across the pond? There are many hobbies and pastimes that we in the blind community are very passionate about. Unfortunately as we lose our sight or if we don’t have sight to begin with, it is not always easy to make these things accessible to us.
