The Day of the Lord finds a #TrueFoundation laid is to be sure and certain. Further it has a chief cornerstone to the wall which the builders are laying. #Jesus [ #Yeshua ] #Christ is that stone which the builders rejected. Further Isaiah twenty-eight and verse sixteen says "I lay in #Zion for a #foundation, a #triedstone, a #preciouscornerstone, a #surefoundation." These words were spoken by our Lord in Matthew chapter twenty-one and verses forty-two through forty-four. This foundation follows this week's portion of a new study into the #DayoftheLord. While world and the #nationsofmen have their own ideas of a #surefoundation, it will not fare well when rebelling against the #Lord. Along with this comes the #Mysteryofiniquity, delusion, and judgment. The cure is simple, although the price of pride and rejection is lethal. Therefore seek #JesusChristOurFoundation

I Chose Jesurun is combined with Jacob my servant and Israel whom I have chosen. This section follows the prophecies of the punishment of #Judah amidst their sins and failure to repent. Every Believer is a partaker of Chastisement Occasionally. I do believe we can be at a point where we receive guidance and there is no need for harsh correction. The #ApostlePaul says in #Hebrews chapter twelve, verse Eleven "that no chastening for the present seems to be joyous." But the real meaning is '#tutorage', here meaning education or training. It has an implied meaning of '#Disciplinary #correction.' Yet, I like the #education or #training aspect. For we must be led, guided, and helped along in our discipleship by the Lord. At times, we must be brought back to reality with His mercy of Chastisement. The connection here is obvious for the #believer, as you are His Son or Daughter. If will not be corrected, then we are no longer a son but apart from the #Father. #Chastisement
