When you and your mentee track how you both Act towards your goals, you create instant replay to learn from your success so you can duplicate it or learn from failures/feedback  so you can make adjustments.  This is the most often avoided process towards accomplishing goals and we want to accomplish our goal of sobriety over our addiction.

The step to ACT is the where everything comes together.  Through actions steps, tracking, reporting, and integrity, ACT becomes the power towards accomplishing our goals or the reason we didn't.  It becomes our instant replay to see how to duplicate our success or where we need to adjust.   

A picture is worth a thousand words so let's use pictures to increase what our super-champion knows about the goal.
