this episode focuses on the presence of birds as Spirit Animals. A gentle reminder to be more aware in our day-to-day interactions, as we walk on earth, and see if there are any messages or lessons, internally or externally, that we need to have resonate within us to allow us to grow into our best version of ourselves.
