I am expanding on the last episode, Positive Affirmations, and going over another tool we can use to retrain our brain to create the outcomes we truly want. Like I mentioned before, our brain is like a muscle we have to work. Visualization is another exercise we can use and something we already do.
These are all tools you can use to generate those positive emotions and reprogram your brain. Your subconscious mind relates to images and feelings, so the more you do it, the more you train your brain and subconscious mind.
