At some point, you're going to need to structure and systemise your business in order for it to be scalable.
Two big problems occur when you go to do that.
1. Denial. You believe that you can just work harder or maybe increase your rates by another 15%. This won't solve the problem.
2. You become afraid of scaling because you don't want your services to be watered down and less valuable for your clients. I totally hear that and I'm glad you care so much.
