This episode we reflected on what’s happening in #Jamaica🇯🇲 with info sourced mainly from @BlackThingsUK - Thunderstorms, Heavy Rain for a week, the roads and ground damaged and broken, with mountains slides as well as floods, pray for the island 🏝 please.
We thank spoke about Death, Grief, Loss & how to deal with it firstly with @t.ace4 where we touch on the loss of one of his friends due to knife crime and whether he is dealing with it in the healthiest way or not.
Then we spoke with @tarjulesano on the unexpected passing of his grand mother and how he took to music to release but now feels like his spark may have been dimmed.
We unpack all of that plus loads more, mainly with the aim of expressing, venting and trying to understand loss!

We touched on the idea of becoming your full self, going through the motions to become an adult and growing up in the 90’s compared to growing up in 2010 onwards.
