Back in May 2020 I put up a Vlog on my website (naturalhealthalternatives.co.uk) all about how I thought Vitamin D3 had the potential to positively effect Covid-19. 

At the time it was just a hypothesis based on a number of previously published peer reviewed papers that I had read.

Fast forward to early August and a number of further trials have been undertaken in directly into Covid-19. These were carried out in Indonesia, Singapore and New Orleans with all showing extremely interesting results.

In this podcast we give you an update on the research and science and to be frank.......take your vitamin D3.
