  • YOU ARE YOUR ONLY LIMITATION
One of the most important elements in dreaming is to dream without limitations, to dream with reckless abandon, and to dream as if no one is watching or judging you. Dreaming is very personal—it’s what makes you, you. But to dream big dreams, you have to dream without limits—and that can be hard when you’ve grown up learning the rules of your house, the rules at school, the rules at work.
You have only two limitations in life—number one: your imagination; and number two: your determination. No one, and I mean no one, decides your limitations. You and you alone decide what you can or can’t do. Don’t accept a limitation unless you’ve proven to yourself that it’s your limitation, and even then you don’t have to accept it.

  • LESSONS LIFE HAS TAUGHT ME
Life is a continuous learning experience. Throughout our lives we keep rising and falling, picking up important lessons along the way. Some of these lessons come from experience, yet there are others that we learn by watching others or reading books for example.
No matter how much we learn from books there is a significant difference between practical and theoretical experience. Furthermore, there are many life lessons that we simply cannot learn until we face certain situations in our life. Most people would say that some lessons come too late, catching us off-guard and unprepared.

  • People Will Always Talk
Accept the fact that most people talk behind other people’s backs. It’s human nature.
That said, try not to be a person who says bad things about others when they’re not around. Observe your behaviour and keep negative statements in check. What goes around comes around! Stand out from the rest. Be the one with integrity.
Make more friends and allies. People will be less likely to say bad things about you if there’s one loyal person there to stand up for you. Therefore be pleasant to everyone, and don’t strike up unnecessary arguments. These allies will form a protective cordon when you’re not around. Be sure to also be a loyal friend!

  • YOUR PAIN DOESN'T DEFINE YOU
Through this lifetime of moulding, we create a narrow construct of who we are, what path we are on, and what life should look and feel like. When this is challenged, sometimes in the smallest way, it can throw us into a tailspin (the direct fallout of which can be increased anxiety or depression). When we are incapable of integrating challenges or trauma, they instead cut us off at the knees. We have a narrow range of resiliency and a small window of tolerance for processing discomfort and pain. It is important to note that true resilience isn’t just about bouncing back, it’s about understanding and accepting that the stressors and challenges you experience help you grow. We need to learn how to self-nurture. The hard work of therapy and self-betterment, of spiritual development, is exactly this: learning how to spiritually reparent ourselves. Through the work of spiritually reparenting ourselves we develop, and then deepen, skills that give us the strength to face feelings of discomfort with compassion and, in turn, strengthen our resiliency and expand our window of tolerance for those feelings. Spiritual reparenting strengthens our understanding that, regardless of what happens, we will be “okay.” Not just okay, but a more fully embodied version of ourselves. One that did not exist before the initiation experience occurred.

  • YOUR WEIRDNESS IS YOUR UNIQUENESS
Each of us is a uniquely complex being, living out our existence on this big blue ball called Earth — in a solar system made up of an infinite number of galaxies. If that’s not far out, I don’t know what is!
So, what makes you stand out from the crowd?
What makes you quirky, unusual — and so damn cool?!
Regardless of what exactly makes you an odd-duck, know that these things should be celebrated not criticised and that we should be proud of those things that make us original. We’ve got this one life, so we might as well embrace our weirdness. Perhaps it is the magic sauce that, when applied liberally, can help us reach our full potential. Boldly embracing your weirdness might just lead you to self-actualization — crazier things have happened! What’s one thing you could do today to celebrate the unique individual that you are?

  • IMPORTANT TIPS FOR DAILY HEALTHY LIVING
We all want to be happy. But we sometimes think of happiness as a thing that happens to us — something we have no control over. It's easy to link the idea of happiness with the situation we're in. We might tell ourselves, "If only things were different, then I'd be happy."
But that's not really how happiness works. Research shows that just a small portion of happiness (only about 10%) depends on a person's situation. So where do most of our happiness come from?
Listen to these tips in this Podcast and enjoy a happy and healthy living.

  • SOCIAL MEDIA; biggest distraction.
Don't let Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any social media fool you. There are people with 5-10 likes per pic that have plenty of friends in the real world, People with over 100 likes who are as lonely as hell. Couples that look happy yet are miserable (Public display of affection, PDA). People who don't post pictures of their partner yet have the most loving and beautiful relationship. People who don't know each other yet appear as best friends. people that are in debt yet appear as living wealthy and lavish. Remember, appearance does not define who you truly are.

  • How people treat you (how you respond)
If we knew the future we would have kept some of our childhood friends close. If we knew that our classmates would be great we would have kept in communication with them. After the years, many have gone separate ways, it becomes difficult to get such closeness back, as it is a tendency to want to get close to those who are doing fine. We should treat people rightly, no matter their status.

  • Life is all about risk
In Life, we are faced with choices, to either do a thing or not. We have reasons for every one of the choices we make. But choosing not to do anything because of fear is an express road to stagnation. Stagnation is a journey of the mind in backwardness. The ability to face your fears and take a risk is called faith.
