These are the top 10 signs I use to see if I or one of my clients is low energy. Once you have identified if someone has low energy, you can start addressing it. The best place to start to improve things would be diet and lifestyle, but sometimes supplements are also needed.
The top 10 are:
1. No confidence
2. Anxious and fearful
3. Being reactive instead of proactive
4. Getting an exaggerated stress response to any kind of insult
5. Not having goals
6. Having no ambition to chase goals or things you enjoy
7. Depressed
8. Slow cognition
9. Being overly rigid
10. Not being playful
