This week, another landmark edition ofIN THE ROOM as Pro Wrestling Illustrated contributing writer Brady Hicks, with Derrick McDonald, welcome former TNA valet – and current independent wrestling sensation – Santana Garrett on the show. Garrett, for those who are unfamiliar, is the woman from Orlando Jordan’s threesome group down in TNA in 2010. Not only that, however, but she is a second-generation star who has been tearing up the independent wrestling scene in Florida and the Midwest, most recently even appearing for the new SHINE promotion on iPPV. Find out what this trainee of Larry Zbyszko and Scott Hall has to say about being a woman in the business, trying to catch a break, touring with TNA, and getting to wrestle Sara Del Ray, MsChief, and Mercedes Martinez despite her still-young career. Plus, Brady and Derrick tackle what they liked (and didn’t) about the 1,000th eppy of Raw. All that and so … much … more. Thanks, as always, for the support!

On our Spotlight Edition will be talking to former WWE referee Jimmy korderas. We will be talking about his brand new book "Three Count: My Life in Stripes as a WWE Referee". We will also be discussing how he got into the business as well as some road stories and some of his favorite matches that he officiated.

Today I will be sitting down with former WCW and current Impact Wrestling Ring announcer Dave Penzer. Notoriously known for his unique ring announcer attire involving a tuxedo and a cumberbund. We'll be talking about where he got his start and we will talk to you about his favorite matches in WCW and impact. And we will talk about Road stories as well as where he sees the industry at now compared to 20 years ago when he started.
