VOC Nation Wrestling Network

When  Bill Paxton passed away on February 26th, 2017 at the way too young age of 61, we just knew we had to talk about him. Sure, the TV news might talk about his HBO show, Big Love or when he headlined the storm chaser classic, Twister,  but he was a huge presence in so many fantastic science fiction and horror …

IN THE ROOM

Nick Berk joins the trio to talk to Tom Hankins about his new book "Mat, Mob and Music!" We also talk about Fastlane, old CZW stories, and Berk tries his hand at the home shopping network!

On an all new Martinez Girlz Radio we discuss questioning Steven Tyler and Vince Neil's relationship, hanging with Dennis Rodman at the Roosevelt, Thanksgiving vs Drinksgiving, return of the Douche Bag Report and the life of Joan Crawford on Cafe Danielle.

Coming your way LIVE every Monday night shortly after Raw goes off the air, The Late Shift provides an immediate, opinionated recap and occasionally controversial grade of the show. Your host, Steven Bell, has 15 years experience as a Lords of Pain contributor as well as 30+ years of fandom and isn't shy about saying exactly what he thinks.

Divided into three segments, The Late Shift kicks off with The HeatSeeker, a look at one of the hot topics in wrestling today, followed by a full recap of Raw and then an overview and grade of the show overall, all within a tight 90 minute package. Most of all, though, it features unrepentant fandom. This isn't a show for "experts" or so-called "insiders". Presented BY a fan, FOR fans, this isn't a show where you'll be told what to think. It is, however, a show where you'll be encouraged to think for yourself, even if it means disagreeing with any and everything that comes through Steven's microphone.

Follow Steven on Twitter @StevenFnBell to follow along LIVE and express your opinions about any or everything that he's got to say. It's all about the fans' perspective here on The Late Shift with Steven Bell.

The Late Shift with Steven Bell is presented uncensored and contains adult language. The views, verbiage and opinions expressed in no way represent those of Lords of Pain. Lords of Pain Radio, BlogTalk Radio or any of their respective advertisers. Listener discretion is advised.

Prepare yourself for the greatest show that has ever aired.  For years, Anthony & Gartiz have been debating their uniquely diverse views on everything and nothing at the same time. Now, you get to listen. Wrestling is still real to them, they listen to better rap than most, have a love/hate relationship with movies, and don’t worry about climate change because a super volcano is going to destroy everything.  Their perspective on day-to -day happenings will change the way you look at life.  Ranging from the funny to the serious and all the craziness in between…no topic is off limits.

The VOC Nation Radio Network traces its roots back to 2009 in Philadelphia.  Bruce Wirt took over the afternoon shift on the Voice America Health and Wellness Network and proclaimed himself, “your new ‘Voice of Choice’ in afternoon radio.”  The V-O-C in VOC Nation was born.

The VOC Nation Radio Network spun away from WNJC Phila in October 2012 and took to the “cloud”, using their solid fan base to instantly become one of the most listened to mediums on the Internet.  In 2014, VOC Nation merged with Brady Hicks' IN THE ROOM Internet Radio Network, giving the combined medium over 50,000 monthly listeners.

VOC Nation Radio streams live programming 7 days a week, and has forged partnerships with BlogTalkRadio, Stitcher Internet Radio, Podomatic, iTunes, and GoDaddy to bring daily live entertainment and podcasts to listeners worldwide.  VOC Nation has over 100,000 twitter followers and ranks in the top 1% of podcasts as ranked by Podomatic, and in the top 5% of streaming programming as ranked by Stitcher.

We're officially now in the Fastlane on the Road to WrestleMania 33!

The potential for excitement, controversy and a combination of the two abounds tonight as the Raw brand presents the last PPV stop before Mania. Roman Reigns tries to stop the momentum of the rising Beast Among Men, Braun Strowman. Sami Zayn finds himself with his hands more than full as he takes on HHH's personal Destroyer, Samoa Joe, in a former indy star dream match. Charlotte battles Bayley in an attempt to regain the Raw Women's Championship and keep her PPV undefeated streak alive. And in the main event, Kevin Owens takes his shot at both defending his Universal Championship and doing what The Beast couldn't in beating the legendary Goldberg.

Join your host, The Late Shift's Steven Bell (@StevenFnBell on Twitter), as he sifts through the rubble to bring you a full recap of the event. There will be plenty of opinion and debate to go around as we break things down LIVE shortly after the PPV ends!
