VOC Nation Wrestling Network

Another week and sadly once again we are talking about another wrestler passing away. So, this time, we have to discuss Joanie Laurer, better known to most as Chyna died at age 45 a few days ago. She certainly was a pioneer for the WWE and wrestling in so many ways. So, on today’s show we discuss what she meant to the business, what she did for women in wrestling, being a part of D-Generation X, our favorite Chyna moments, and anything else that comes to mind. R.I.P. Chyna

We also get into the Wrestling News in “Quick Hits,” where we talk about Will Ospreay being offered a New Japan contract, Samoa Joe winning the NXT Championship at a House Show an update on Bray Wyatt’s injury, Jay White doing his excursion in ROH, more on the Octagon story from AAA, TNA has a new Knockouts signing and more.

Then we get into the shows with Sean doing a quick rundown of WWE SmackDown, then we get into Lucha Underground and TNA Impact Wrestling.

We also preview the two New Japan house shows on 4/23 and 4/24 and give our predictions for them.

Finally, we do our usual ending with the W2M Top 5 Power Rankings, where we rank the five best wrestlers of this week, and then crown a winner.

That Dating Show

Well, it did not take long for these PS4.5 rumors to grow some legs and there are already documents out there that have leaked the specs for the system as well. There also sources saying the Xbox 1.5 may not be a myth either, but now that this is really out there, what does this do to the Video Game industry? Are we starting to see a change in how consoles won’t last for a long time? Could this separate the player base, even though Sony is adamant they don’t want that to happen? Will this be the way of the future? Is it possible there’s not a PS5? We try to discuss all of this and more.

Aside from that, there’s also the possibility that Red Dead Redemption 2 actually exists, Mafia 3 has a release date, Street Fighter V finally goes after rage quitters and AMC even tried to allow texting in movie theaters, plus we discuss quite a few other things as well.

Marc talks about The Order 1886 and Sean talks about that Final Fantasy IX Steam release he’s been waiting to come out.
