VOC Nation Wrestling: IN THE ROOM

The VOC Wrestling Nation (formerly 1wrestling Radio) was live 6/8/11 on 1360 WNJC Philadelphia and worldwide at vocnation.com (or 1wrestlingradio.com) featuring the weekly insights of the most legendary pro wrestling journalist on the planet, 1wrestling.com’s Bill Apter.

In addition to Bill, we'll talk to Sassy Stephie from the Arenachicks: The Hottest Group of Women in Pro Wrestling today! When we say hot, we don't just mean their looks....these ladies have it all going for them: They are entertaining, athletic, and run a kick ass organization. Aside from giving us the latest on the Arenachicks, Stephie will also help to preview the next WSU iPPV event on June 25th in Union City, NJ. Don't miss her! Besides, if Stephie is around, the stunning Amber O'Neal is never far behind...maybe we'll talk to both of them?

Acid Fest 2 is coming to Philadelphia on Sunday July 11th at 4PM at the Asylum Arena. Former CZW Star Nicky Benz will enter the VOC Nation to tell us all about it.

Berk was born in Philadelphia and was a regular worker for Combat Zone Wrestling, as well as Force One Pro Wrestling, under his real name and sometimes under the stage name Nicky Benz. He was featured in the documentary "On the Road with Raven", where he and Raven are shown setting up an angle and later having a match. In 2005, Berk, had several tryout matches with World Wrestling Entertainment.

We'll also cover Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan's recent attacks on the Internet Wrestling Community. Is this a direct missle hit to the VOC Nation? After all, we are over 100,000 listeners strong, and the center of the Nation is the Internet. I want your thoughts.

From Super 8 2015

Sean Garmer is joined by Chris Asbrock to give some post-game analysis and overall thoughts on the United States Women's National Team Round of 16 game against Colombia. The guys discuss what went well, what did not, and how things look headed into the Quarterfinal game against China on Friday night.

After the post-game talk is over, the guys also go around talking about some of the other big teams in the tournament and discuss how they felt the addition of 8 more teams has helped the Women's World Cup overall.

On this special, it is all about ROH and their PPV they had on Friday night, Best in the World 2015. It was certainly a historic night for the company and we are here to break it all down. What did we think of the show? Where does this leave ROH going forward, what was our final show rating and more.

We also spend time discussing Bret Hart's article in Sports Illustrated, which focused a lot on WWE and the state of things, including Bret being upset at Samoa Joe and saying that Daniel Bryan is finished in the ring.

Join Michael Ornelas, Andrew Pish, and James McEnelly once a month as we watch a Lifetime Original Movie and talk about how much we FREAKING LOVED IT!

In our debut episode, we watched the Will Ferrell & Kristen Wiig-driven juggernaut "A Deadly Adoption" which just premiered on Saturday night. Inspired by a true story, A Deadly Adoption is a high-stakes dramatic thriller about a successful couple (Ferrell and Wiig) who house and care for a pregnant woman (Jessica Lowndes) during the final months of her pregnancy with the hopes of adopting her unborn child.

This may possibly the best use of 90 minutes one can spend.
