And instead of owning that… you’ve been managing it, minimizing it, or leaking it in ways that don’t actually feel good.

So yeah… we’re going there.

I went away on vacation… and came back to say goodbye to my cat.

Grief and joy, side by side.

And what I realized in that contrast was this: Tension is teaching.
