Our guest today is Sadell Bradley, Senior Pastor at The Warehouse Church in Over-the-Rhine/Cincinnati, Ohio. As a dynamic teacher and worship leader, faith at work has been integral throughout Sadell's career. Her discipleship, leadership, and overall commitment to her faith has been visible across many roles of impact, some of which she shares in this episode. When asked about when she realized faith can be integrated with work, Sadell shares that faith has always been integrated in her work-life. As one example, on one occasion when she was working with entrepreneurs, her mentee saw this approach. Her mentee came to her, saying: "I've never seen anybody live out their faith in the secular marketplace. Usually people keep church and work as separate components," she said, "but you're the same everywhere." This interaction was an uplifting and encouraging one for Sadell.
