Erin also has an extensive background in training, facilitation, and role-playing. She has been a professional actor/role-player for Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group since 2006, and she has developed and facilitated over 20 small group and one-on-one Communication Skills workshops for medical students and residents at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She is now taking that skillset to help coaches improve their communication skills through workshops and other programming.

What I love about Dr. Ethel is that she if a woman of strong faith and that she firmly believes that you are Never Too Old to start over, it is Never Too Late to pursue a better life, and there is Never Too Big a Dream you can’t achieve.

Dr. Ethel served for over 25 years in the human capital arena. Her experiences include working as a director and consultant for Equal Employment Opportunity programs a various prominent universities. She served as executive director of The Links, Inc., and throughout h
