Four working moms, with different lives, and the same belief: "I'm failing."
After reading a therapist's LinkedIn post about meeting with four working moms back-to-back who all felt like they were failing, I couldn't stop thinking about one question she asked:
How can women actually feel successful?
In this voice note, I share my answer to this question. I believe it starts much deeper ... with the subconscious beliefs that convince us we're never doing enough and creating a sense of safety in our nervous system so we can finally experience the life we're already working so hard to build.
If you've ever looked around at your beautiful life and still felt like you're falling short, this conversation is for you.
Thanks for walking with me today.
