Et: Tallinna politseijaoskonnas valitses tavapärane sagin.
En: In the Tallinna police station, the usual hustle and bustle prevailed.

Et: Sügisene tuul kantud puulehed keerutasid akende ees, tuues jahedust igasse ruumi ja õhku oli täis põhjamaist sügist tuulahka.
En: Autumn winds carried leaves swirling outside the windows, bringing a chill to every room, and the air was filled with the crispness of northern fall.

Et: Seal, politseijaoskonna ukse juures, seisis Katre.
En: There, by the entrance of the police station, stood Katre.
