Before every episode of Voice of Haven, I pray for one thing—not that the conversation will be perfect, but that it will meet someone exactly where they are. 

This conversation with Jeff Kennedy did that for me. 

There were moments during our conversation when I wasn't just asking questions as a podcast host; I was listening as someone who has walked through burnout, questioned her worth, and had to fight to rediscover herself beyond titles, achievements, and expectations. 

When Jeff said, "Slowing down is not weakness," I paused. 

When he said, "Leadership is influence," I reflected. 

But when he said, "She is enough. She is worthy," something shifted inside me. 

Those words carried me back to a season of my own life. 

A season when the two words God gave me for the year were Worthy and Enough. 

At the time, I didn't fully understand why. 

Later, after walking through one of the most stretching seasons of my life—one that brought pressure, exhaustion, disappointment, and moments where burnout seemed louder than purpose—I understood. 

Those two words became my anchor. 

During this episode, I shared that story with Jeff, and then, after we stopped recording, he spoke another word over me: 

"You are loved." 

I wasn't expecting it. 

But it was exactly what my heart needed to hear. 

Sometimes, God sends people into our lives simply to remind us of truths we already know but have become too tired to believe. 

That moment reminded me why Voice of Haven exists. 

It was never meant to be just another leadership podcast.
