This is the second part of a 2 part segment. It was a recorded on location at an event I held at Confederation Park. I let my brother and his friends who are all former SJAM students take over and reminice on their time at the now closed high school. 

I held an event down at Confederation Park. I invited former staff and students of Sir John A. Macdonald Secondary School to come and hang out. I invited some of them to be on the podcast and talk about their memories of attending the school. This episode has Karen who has been on the podcast before. I also talked to another friend Abdulla. With July 1st aproaching, otherwise known as Canada Day, I wanted to talk to someone who is Indigenous and get their thoughts about someone like me celebrating Canada Day. And with the bodies of so many indigenous children being found at residential schools, I can understand why their people are upset. July 1st 2021 will definitely not be a day of celebration this year. Yes, I am proud to be Candian. But this July 1st, I stand with the indigenous people. I could listen Jordan's credentials but all I needed to know is how passionate she is about her people and this land that was taken from them. There are ways to seek help.
