Host Leo Marshall talks with Jacki Raivo, nutritionist from SMMC.   March is national nutrition month.  Today's topic is "Try new Flavors". 

Host Leo Marshall talks first with Nikki Schuler about girls softball, and then Josh Milligan from the Forest Service talks about upcoming opportunities with the Forest Service.

Host Leo Marshall was busy with three segment to Voice of the Valley this morning.  First up were Hannah Stahl, Gunner Stahl and Tess Burch discussing the Calvary Chapel Heritage Center Fund raiser come up on March 5th.   Next up was Ron Austin with details on a fund raiser for the Animal Shelter to be held on March 1st.  And finally Mike Warner from the Lost Trail Ski Patrol covered their fundraising dinner on Saturday, February 26th.

Shirley hosts Voice of the Valley today - It's pretty much the usual Thursday Penalty Box starting off with Jason Bruce with wrestling information, and the Chris Born, superintendent of schools, joins in with some information about the upcoming school levy.  Fred Snook closes out with the overall sports summary.  

Shirley talks with Jenny Tracy from SMMC.   Jenny covers what's happening with the CEO selection committee, the upcoming board meeting, and more on Heart Health Month.

Today is in two parts - In part one, Leo Marshall talks with Sharon Williams from the White Water Therapeutic Recreational Riding Association  about their spaghetti lunch being moved to March 31, and other information concerning the WWTRRA.   In part two, Leo talks with Josh Milligan from the Forest Service concerning spring conditions and the upcoming season forecast for the roads and trails.  

Thursday is Penalty Bob, and Woodie talked with Lindsey Ammar, Nikki Shuler and Hannah O'Conner from Lemhi Express Softball, followed by Jane on Hockey and Fred with the usual overview of sports activities.

In a three-part Voice of the Valley today, Will Rasmussen first talks with Ron Austin and Tony Magro about a benefit for the Animal shelter.  In part two, Amber Stark gives us information on the Upper Carmen Charter School, and in part three Jerold Raymond is here promoting his campaign for the Idaho House of Representatives.
