New Year... but will it be a "New Me"? Weight loss, mental health, financial goals, and so many other types of resolutions are made. However there is one resolution that is so vital that if you forget all the others it's ok. This one resolution will turn you into a "New You". (This is a ride along episode as I in the car during the recording of this podcast)
