In today’s Daily Spasmodic Dysphonia Exercise, I faced one of those rough voice days — had to pause mid-session due to vocal tension and polyp sensitivity. But two days later, I came back to finish the drill.

This is what the SD journey looks like sometimes: not perfect, not clean — but consistent.
