The East Bay's own, Kristina Cho, is celebrating another distinct honor. Her lates cook book "Chinese Enough" was nominated for the prestigous "James Beard" Award. Cho's first book, "Mooncakes and Mild Bread" won two James Beard Awards.
Cho explores her own experiences as a first-generation American. Her recipes, drawn of the influence of her family, but with a twist of her own unique flair. It was this self-exploration that she says made her realize, she is enough.
