Carolyn Wysinger has been a staple of Pride celebrations for years. Now She's using her talents to lead the City of El Cerrito. She recently became the first out black lesbian mayor in California history. In her new role, she's spreading a message of inclusion, and touting the city as a safe space for the gay community.
