Bill Flores started using at 13 and didn’t get clean until he was 45. Now 23 years into recovery, he joins host Matthew Peeler on Voices of Hope Testimonies to share his story.

Bill talks about the years of addiction, the altar call that changed everything, and the long work of restoring his marriage and learning to forgive himself. He also talks about raising his grandson, walking with his son through prison and illness, and why he says recovery is “not what I do, it’s how I live.”

He also explains how Celebrate Recovery works. It’s for hurts, habits, and hang-ups, not just drugs and alcohol, and all are welcome. If you’re at your worst moment, Bill has a message for you: it’s never too late.
