Questions for self reflection: Do you know why you are here? What is your current situation like? Are happy with where you are in life right now? Are you currently suffering or experiencing some kind of pain in your life? What kind of questions are going on inside your head right now? What are your desires? What are you afraid of? If you don’t intimately know your answers to these questions, you will be manipulated by those who do. Who Am I? I’m a mentor, mind analyst, CBT Coach, it doesn’t really matter what you call me, I am really just a human who knows how to facilitate effective self-reflection that develops advanced self-awareness that helps with more objective interpretations of reality. I teach people become more self-aware and to understand who they really are deep down and why they have the fears they have, why they feel anxious, why they want what they want and why they allow others to manipulate their feelings without even knowing it.
