Water is around us, within us, and moving through us.

This episode is an invitation into prayer with water. A prayer to the rivers, oceans, rain, tears, and ancient waters of this Earth, and in turn, a prayer to the waters within our own bodies.

Bring a glass of water into your hands. Sit beside a river. Stand beneath the shower. Walk in the rain. Press your hands against your body. Hit play and allow this to become ceremony.

May this prayer remind you how to soften, move, release, change shape, and how to trust the current carrying you into what comes next.

A client sent me a note recently and named the portal she has been moving through as “hurry up and wait.”

And man, I felt that in my bones. Because in my own way, me too.

So last night, in the middle of a thunderstorm, I picked up my guitar and this song came through. I shared a piece of it on social media with no real plan for where it would go from there.

And then today, she sent me a simple message:

“I really hope this makes its way to Spotify.”

So, here we are...and here's to you, my love.

Unproduced. Unpolished. Exactly as it came through.

A little New Earth music. A little prayer. A little transmission from that strange space between knowing something is coming and having no idea when it will arrive.

For anyone else living inside the hurry up and wait.

I've been thinking a lot about prayer—what it is, what we've made it mean, and what happens when we stop treating it as something we only do when we need something.

In this episode, I explore reclaiming prayer as relationship, attention, listening, and participation. Prayer as science and mystery. Prayer woven into our bodies, our choices, our work, our relationships, and the ordinary moments of being human.

Fresh out of a powerful client session, I closed the Zoom room and immediately hit record.

In this episode, I reflect on what unfolded as a woman remembered that she carries an ancient soul seed of Gaia within her—and what became possible as we followed that remembrance through the body, across lifetimes, and into the living Earth herself.

I often say I don’t have words for the work I do.

The truth is, I very much have the words.

I have simply kept so much of this work secret. Sacred. Protected within the intimate space between myself, Spirit, and the person in front of me.

But something is changing.

I am ready to speak about what happens inside these rooms. The places we travel. The memories held within the soul. The frequencies that move through the body. The ancient identities waiting beneath the stories of this lifetime. The way Gaia recognizes her own.

This episode is raw, immediate, and recorded while the energy of the session was still alive within me.
