You are not your body. The moment many wake up in the morning to see themselves in the mirror, they immediately identify themselves with the body. They stand there and analyze their imperfections and what bothers them. This puts pressure on them to change believing this will cause them to be happier, more accepted, loved, etc... But is this truly the solution? Are you truly your body or does it go deeper?
