Das Bunker is celebrating 30 years, and few people are better suited to reflect on that legacy than John. In this episode we discuss the evolution of underground nightlife, what it takes to sustain an independent club for decades, the changing industrial and goth scenes, the resurgence of dance music, event curation, storytelling, promotion, and why creating unforgettable experiences is about much more than booking great bands. Whether you're a longtime scene veteran, an aspiring promoter, or simply passionate about alternative music and culture, this conversation offers a look behind the curtain of one of the scene's most enduring institutions.

Artist Nate Jones visits Void Signal for a conversation about creativity, community, and the realities of making art for a living. From his beginnings in printmaking and underground music, to his success on the convention circuit, Nathan discusses developing a unique artistic voice, creating politically engaged work, and why he remains skeptical of AI-generated art. Along the way, we dive into horror movies, punk rock, social media, activism, and the importance of making authentic work that reflects your values. A thoughtful conversation about art, culture, and staying human in increasingly artificial times.
