Ryan is an outspoken digital and IRL activist who hosts a wonderful show called "Amped Up" where he interviews folks from all over the left to better understand their message, goals and needs including candidates currently running for office.

This Podcast was Recorded Remotely in May 2020 in Plymouth MN & Los Angeles CA.
We delayed the release of this podcast due to wanting to keep the focus on the Black Lives Matter movement, and Mutual Aid projects we were supporting around the country, however with the general election just around the corner, it seemed like now was the time to get this on the air, and to share this, at times feisty, conversation about bridging the divide between our principles, and the votes we need to earn to get them over the finish line.
