Billy Ratliff is the host of Volunteer Roadshow and Morning Chat w/ Billy Ratliff. He played football at the University of Tennessee from 1996-1999. Coach Phillip Fulmer  honored Billy Ratliff with The Billy Ratliff Award. It is awarded annually to a player who faces multiple season-ending injuries and serves as an inspiration to his teammates by his attitudes and actions.
