Jarnell Stokes played at Tennessee from 2011-2014. Jarnell was a focal point of the Tennessee team from the moment he arrived on campus as a 17 year old in January of 2011. Jarnell Stokes scored 1,129 points in his career and finished his career ranked fourth on Tennessee's all-time list for double-doubles, with 40. Jarnell took this opportunity to speak out about social injustice in the United States and how we can change starting with our communities. He also spoke about how the NCAA and college athletic departments can be catalyst for social change. Jarnell currently plays for the Xinjiang Flying Tigers in the Chinese Basketball Association. He speaks at the end of his plans to challenge himself to get back onto an NBA roster.
