This week, Ana and Eric trace the roots of the mental health movement in the US, both good and bad. There were several steps to where we are now as a society, and so much more we could discuss on this topic and how it affects so many people. When examining the mental health statistics, we are left wondering what we can do better as a society to prevent needless misery and destruction.
There is no concrete answer for solving our mental health crisis. However, leading a new world of compassion, love, and understanding is a great start.
