On this episode, we talk with actor turned self-taught filmmaker Bo Roberts about everything from psychology, life and filmmaking during to COVID lockdown era, self discovery, and his new film "The Great Awakening", which was acquired by Filmhub and is currently available on multiple streaming platforms, including tubiTV. This Indiana-born model/actor turned self-taught was driven to filmmaking through his interest in psychology. On the heels of 17 short films, Roberts took the opportunity during 2021 to make the feature film, "The Great Awakening". Named one of the "50 Sexiest Men Alive," he transitioned from modeling to acting. He has appeared in various projects including Legendary Pictures/Noam Murro's "300: Rise of an Empire"; Fox's "The Mindy Project" and USA Network's "Burn Notice" and most recently in Lionsgate/Kevin Carraway's "Change of Command" with Michael Jai White and Steve Austin.

On this final episode in our A.I. series, we speak with Kate Dudzik about one of the most fascinating aspects in the field - Cognition.
Kate has been researching, writing, and exploring themes in Cognitive Science since 2014. She earned both her Bachelor Degree (Honours) and Master’s Degree in Cognitive Science from the Institute of Cognitive Science at Carleton University, where she specialised in the Biological Foundations of Cognition (2017) and Agent-Based Cognitive Modelling (2019). Kate is a peer-reviewed, published scientist with work spanning multiple disciplines, from Engineering Psychology and Cognitive Ergonomics (Springer), to Computer Science (Elsevier); published at both academic conferences in Cognitive Science and the Digital Humanities. In addition to her scientific research, Kate has designed Artificial Intelligence products in private industry, has written multiple articles for industry about digital technology and human interaction, and presented to multiple groups including CIMA/CGMA about understanding digital technology, how it impacts thoughts and behaviour, and best practices in the field.

Babak Hodjat is a serial entrepreneur behind several Silicon Valley companies as main inventor and technologist, and currently serves as CTO - AI at Cognizant. Babak is the former co-founder and CEO of Sentient, responsible for the core technology behind the world’s largest distributed artificial intelligence system, and he was also the founder of the world's first AI-driven hedge-fund, Sentient Investment Management. Babak is widely credited as the main inventor of the natural language technology used in Apple’s Siri. He is an Iranian-American inventor with a passion for storytelling, soccer, and Artificial Intelligence. Born in London, Babak went to kindergarten in Idaho, attended middle school in London, completed high school and undergraduate studies in Iran, and obtained his PhD in Japan. He has been living and working in California since the late nineties. Babak Has published more than 50 peer reviewed academic papers, and is the inventor on more than 30 US patents.
