Unfortunately I come back explaining the reason why I was not around that much last year for the podcast or twitch I was in a very toxic relationship that took most of my stress time and energy I do apologize hopefully the story will bring awareness and addiction this episode is not to tear somebody down it's to hopefully see their ways and make sure they get help
