Vortex Church | Sermon Audio

God is on the move in the next generation! At Vortex Church, we believe students and kids aren’t just the church of tomorrow—they’re the church of today. During this message, our Next Gen Pastor, Jen Barker, teaches us how we can invite, teach, and empower the next generation to live out an authentic, world-changing faith.

Guest Speaker, Pastor Jason Doran, tackles the challenging topic of forgiveness in a unique way we can all walk away with a better understanding of God's view of it.

Faith isn’t just believing in God—it’s choosing to live like His promises are true even when we can’t see them. In this message, we look at Hebrews 11 and discover that living by faith means filtering life through God’s Word, practicing irrational generosity, taking a stand in the face of opposition, and trusting God in the middle of every test.

During the message this week Pastor Kevin Simmons reminds us that even a little faith in Jesus can change everything. Like Peter stepping out on the water, our trust often wavers when we focus on fear instead of Christ. But when we shift our trust away from money, people, or our own understanding, and fully place it in God, we find that He is faithful and able to do the impossible.
