Spiritual GPS: Controller of “Times and Seasons”

While we go through different times and seasons, God Has control of our times and seasons. The Holy Spirit Has been given to us as our guide and shield. He is our spiritual compass or GPS (God’s Pathway to Success). When we stay connected to Jesus Christ, the “True Vine” (The Word) and yield to divine instruction by the Holy Spirit, we are able to discern the season of our life and are quick to adjust to suit the season, bearing in mind that each season is for a reason and does not last forever. No matter how cold it is in Winter season, it will come to an end and no matter how hot it is in Summer, it will also come to an end. Just like the seasons make us feel or react to the physical changes, the issues we go through May also make us feel or react negatively by bringing anxieties and fears, but we can shake off the negative fears and anxieties and exercise faith and trust in the Almighty God. Although the issues we face are often spiritual because they are unclear to us, they are very clear to God. The spiritual seasons will also come to an end as long as you believe the Word and separate yourself from the deception of the world system of belief. While the world exposes you to fear and anxieties, the Word of God exposes you to faith.

Choose today to walk by faith and do not allow fear to cloud your mind in any unfavourable season. It will also come to an end and you will be launched into a new and favourable season of joy and peace in all side in Jesus’ name, Amen.

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.”

VOP 2022: Occupy right with the Word “No vacuum in the Spirit”

We must be intentional about what we accommodate or allow into our Spirit-man, because there is no vacuum in the Spirit. You must occupy yourself with the right Word, be in fellowship where you can receive the engrafted Word of God that is able to save your soul and keep you in check. Make the right choice of staying rooted, grounded and connected to the Vine.

When we do not make a positive choice to stay connected to the Jesus Christ, The True Vine and The Word, we are susceptible to attacks or oppression from negative forces. It is often said that the idle mind is the devil’s workshop. This is because, being idle exposes us to evil or negative suggestions from the devil and contrary forces programmed to derail our destiny. The only space Adam and Eve opened up to receive the negative suggestions of the serpent made them lose their glory, until Jesus Christ, The Son of God came in the flesh to fulfill the law and restore the lost glory.

We must occupy our minds with Godly thoughts and allow the Word of God to be well rooted in our hearts.

Take in enough dosage of the pure and undiluted Word of God which is potent and powerful. It delivers, saves and cleanses, and heals. Also, we must let out every worldly lusts or evil works that clog our hearts. The Word which is clean flushes out all impurities or spiritual junk and makes us pure and holy in Christ.

Prayer: Father help me to occupy my mind with the Word so that I may be clean from inside to outside.

“You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.”

True Vine, New Wine “Stay Engrafted”

We must stay rooted and engrafted to the “True Vine” Jesus Christ who keeps us preserved and protected from the fiery darts of the enemy. Our divine connection to the “True Vine” also turns every bitter waters to sweet wine. Jesus, the “True Vine” is the source of sweet wine. When we have a healthy relationship with Him, our lives will be better and sweeter. We must stay rooted and engrafted to the Vine, because we can do nothing without Him, but we can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens us.

Prayer: Father, as I stay connected to the true Vine, Jesus Christ protect me from every evil and grant me everlasting joy and peace in Jesus’ name, Amen.

“Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. Abide in Me, and I in you. Tear off the Label of rejection “Nameless but not Aimless”

We often assume that great success can only be attained by those qualified or labeled by men or those who are renowned and recognized by men. However, often times, our Creator, God Almighty chooses to use the foolish things of the world not just to confound the wise, but to glorify His name.

We must bear in mind that He (God) chooses who He desires to be used as a vessel unto honour and glorification. He grants the exceeding grace and wisdom to those He chooses and qualifies them for any assignment He decides to give to them. The only requirement is our willingness and obedience to heed to His voice when she calls us for a divine assignment.

In the Bible many that were nameless were used by God and also many that were nameless obtained favour and mercy from God.

Naaman’s maid was used to open his spiritual eyes to recognize Prophet Elisha as the vessel that was assigned to bring his healing. He was eventually restored, from being a Leper to being totally whole.

Also, the word “certain” was used repeatedly to describe people that had peculiar needs and needed God’s divine intervention.

Jesus Christ died for all and never discriminated whenever He needed to touch or heal anyone, regardless of men’s attempt to try to stop Him. Blind Bartimaeus wore a label of blindness and was rejected. However, the more they rejected him, the closer he got Jesus’ attention.He eventually received his healing and had the last laugh over his detractors and discouragers. Stay focused on your desired goal. Do not be discouraged or dismayed, but always encourage yourself in the Lord like David did.

The Woman with the issue of Blood for twelve years was restored after she touched the hem of Jesus’ garment. The Woman that was bent over for eighteen years received her healing after a divine encounter with Jesus.

The widow of Zarephath also received a great turn around after she encountered Prophet Elijah.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Hebrews 13:8.

He is still willing and faithful to do the miraculous in your life, turn every impossibility to divine possibility.

Prayer: Lord, Jesus I surrender all to you. Please remold me to your express image.

I tear off every label of condemnation and rejection and wear the label of acceptance by the Blood of Jesus Christ.

Salvation is free, but not cheap because Jesus Christ purchased our soul with His precious Blood. By reason of our Salvation we are blessed with endless and countless benefits or blessings. To partake of these blessings, we must stay rooted and connected to our source, The Trinity (God The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit). Just as the Trinity in Heaven are always in agreement, we must also be in agreement on earth (The Spirit, Water and Blood). When there is agreement between Heaven and earth, we will surely possess our possessions on earth.

Some of the blessings He daily loads us with amongst so many are:

Preservation, Protection, Provision; Perfection, Prosperity, Peace, Power.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.
