She received her BS from Alabama A&M University, Masters from DeVry University and additional Post Graduate studies was completed at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. Erica is a member of the current Leadership DeKalb Class of 2021, a member of Junior League DeKalb, member of NAACP DeKalb Chapter and a member of the National Council of Negro Women DeKalb Chapter.
