The natural result of teshuva (alignment with my inner Hey) is an open heart.

Seeing myself as a divine breathing being, and suddenly I see the people around me like that too.

Suddenly each moment is a kiss from hashem and an oppurtunity to lean into the loving light that the moment is

Compassion flows

And Love bursts forth from all the corners that until now have felt like triggers

Teshuva is when we move beyond image, and live from essence
