VOX ATL’s Special Projects Editor Daya Brown hosted a podcast where Atlanta-area teens were invited to share their thoughts on the newly-available COVID vaccine. Listen as the group shares their reasons why they got vaccinated and some of the questions and concerns they had before doing so.

African American Vernacular English, or AAVE, gave birth to words such as "finna" "deadass" and "lit." But when these words leave our communities and enter the ether of popular culture, how do we as Black people ensure that they aren't used in an incorrect or harmful way? VOX ATL Board member Zariah Taylor heard from VOXers Jennie, Ryan, and Alexis to answer these questions, and more.

In the latest episode of the VOXCast, teen editor Anjali leads a discussion on the on the effectiveness of school counselors when it comes to students mental health. Joined by fellow VOXers Sanjna and Prince, they discuss whether or not school counselors are equipped or interested in serving teens' mental health needs.

She provides common myths of CRT and gives in-depth explanations on how these myths were created to harm others and talks about how racism, in general, can take a huge toll on one's mental health.
