A conversation about how he got started booking bands in the late 80's in Montreal, the hustle that was required to make it happen, what venue he misses most, some crazy DIY events he promoted, the development of the punk & metal scene in the 90's, the craft beers which will be available at this year's Heavy Montreal & where you can find them.

A conversation about the history of his band Solium Fatalis, his early influences growing up as a young metal head in the early 90's, his journey into becoming a craft beer enthusiast, his memories of his first beer when he was 9 years old, what it was like being stationed in Florida in 99, the struggles of attempting to start a death metal band during the Nu Metal era, his experiences and thoughts about Hell Over North America, what would be a dream tour lineup for Solium Fatalis, what obstacles have been hindering Solium Fatalis to get to the next level & we discuss the track which I did guest vocals for called, "A Gathering of Storms".

This episode was recorded at Le Trèfle Noir a wonderful craft beer brewery and pub in Rouyn Noranda, Quebec, Canada. The beer that we drank was L'Houblon-Sûr-Quévillon which was a sour pale ale that clocked in at 6.5 %ABV. It was fresh, drinkable and extremely delicious treat.
