Communication is the key to vulnerability in relationships.

The lack of communication is also the #1 reason most relationships fail.

While most relationships aren’t meant to last, there are healthy ways to foster conversations and create a safe, welcoming environment for your partner.

You have to be vulnerable to earn trust, but you have to have trust in order to be vulnerable.

Vulnerability in friendships is just as important as vulnerability in your relationships. We reminisce on meeting at Bonnaroo, what it was like living together, and how it’s impacted our relationship today.

(And Christian didn’t even think I liked her when we met.)

We haven’t always gotten along, but we have fought and cried and it’s made our friendship even stronger.

On a bigger picture, we discuss what it’s like to be in a (gay) friend group and how to set boundaries. Trust us, you NEED to be doing this.
