Vulnerability is not my best attribute but I will talk about what it means to be vulnerable and how I have come to embrace it.  We will hear how important it is to a healthy and loving relationship.  Don't worry fella's because I will stand up for you and tackle the foolish idea that guy's can't be vulnerable.
