The negative labels place on us can have such deep impact on your self-esteem. If you're not aware you will go through life believing what was not true about you. Begin to shed these label and be your authentic self.

I never thought I would actually leave this job...until I did. It was one of the scariest thing that I did in years.

But doing this help me to grow and boost my confidence in myself. Most of all it taught me to love myself.

The fear of putting yourselves out there is one of the scariest thing.

For me it's the fear of doing this podcast...but I'm facing the fear and taking action.

I didn't think I would ever miss my dad. He wasn't around...and that was that.
