This life comes with struggles, nothing is given but rather earned, it takes work a lot of work and is full of ups and downs. If you take a close look at the obvious, life is a learning journey, and no matter how many times you fall and get up, as long as each time you come out stronger and wiser, the job is done. The rest, time heals. Take good care of yourself otherwise, no one will.

In season 2, WABISABI OPENMIC will give a seat to men to discuss mental health. We will share untold stories that may relate to through a friend, a family member or a colleague. Through these personal accounts, you will hear how you are not alone. How someone has shared a similar experience. Yes, men do indeed suffer from mental health as well and their testimonies will be shared throughout season two. Please be there to support these courageous men, who are willing to verbalize their struggles and share their hardships
We want to apologize for taking so long to give our season 2, we were growing, upgrading, innovating and most importantly we were putting all our ideas together. Stay tuned for the season and for our first Epi of SEASON2.
In this season we learnt what most women want, what most women go through, we shared tears and we shared laughs of joy. we opened our story live to you & we managed to accomplish so much.
Never in a million years would I have dreamed of how many viewers would become loyal, weekly spectators! With your continued support, we will continue to progress and better ourselves. We thank you for your Love and passion, we thank you for your support, we thank you for not giving up on us.

There are no words to describe this episode! All I can say is mental health is real, shout to those who suffer from anxiety, depression, and any other mental health struggle. To all those suffering from body image issues, body dysmorphia, anorexia nervosa, bulimia, and so on, you are not alone and better days are ahead! Shout out to all heterosexuals, homosexuals, demi-sexuals, and so on!! This episode is the epidemy of acceptance. It will teach you to accept everyone for who they are and most importantly to be kind as you never know the personal demons one is battling.
